Working with Sandra was an amazing experience!. When I started looking for a house I didn’t have a realtor and we were just going to open houses and calling the listing agents to view, this was how we met her. She wasn’t pushy at all and she made us feel very comfortable. When we decided to list our townhouse Sandra came over to do an assessment and told us exactly what needed to be done. She helped to set a price that was fair she had an open house and brought a mortgage broker with her so people would know right away if they could afford it. Our house sold in just over a month for a price that we were very happy with.

I thought I knew what I wanted in a house and Sandra took us to see everything that matched my criteria. When I found the perfect house, even though it was nothing like what I thought I was looking for, she was so helpful. I recommend Sandra to all my friends and family and would not use anyone else. When we sold our Quadra condo in 2008, I was not happy with how our real estate agent handled the sale for us (I didn’t feel he went to bat for us, and he made us do a lot of the leg work ourselves). So I kept your card and knew that as we purchased properties in the future, I would contact you to see if you were a good fit for Anjeline and me.
